No Down Payment Program:
Like a dummy I purchased this program two different times throughout my past searches for financial freedom.
The first one I bought while attending college and
man I went through that book and those cassette tapes with a real
intensity. After realizing that I could not make it work the way
Carleton had so earnestly promised on the audios I threw the whole
program in the garbage can.
A few years later I was once again seduced by an
early morning infomercial and the whole process started all over again.
I figured that this time, being a little older and hopefully wiser I
would be able to really buckle down and make this thing happen. I am
sorry to tell you, that is not at all what happened.
Listen, if you want to get into real estate no
matter what, and that is your thing, your dream, or whatever, then go
out and take the classes to get your license like all the real
professionals do. I can tell you that it would be a lot easier than
going through the Carleton Sheets No Money Down Program. It is a real
college level course with a giant thick book and I forget how many
audio CD's if you already have your license I can assure you that
Carleton's 'big secrets' are not really all that creative. At least
with the second time around buying the course I got CD's instead of the
old cassette tapes.
As I recall the idea to the No Money Down Program
is to find really motivated sellers buy looking at the way an ad is
written. 'Must sell', 'willing to hold mortgage' etc. and then go after
those so that you could possibly buy the place without paying any thing
up front at the closing. I am sure that if you do have your real estate
license and/or are involved with real estate on a daily bases or to any
level really, that little secret is really no secret at all.
Now, I know there are hundreds maybe even
thousands of success stories. I mean the guy has been selling this
thing for over 20 years on television, reaching millions and millions
of starving opportunity seekers. That in its self is a pretty nice
testimony that he must be doing something right, right?
I would love to hear what the actual conversion
rate is on this thing. You know, programs ordered to the amount of
actual success stories. Let's say Carleton and his crew sold a million
programs over the past 20 plus years. Does that sound like too much? I
don. t think so. Anyway if he got say a real low 2.5% conversion rate
that means that only 2.5% of the people that bought the program ever
had any success. 2.5% would be 25,000 testimonies of success with the
No Down Payment System! Guess what? That is a terrible conversion rate
first of all and b there is no way he has that many success stories.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I usually see the same old people on all
the T.V. infomercials.
Any way, the guy is a living legend and every one
knows his name, yet some how I have never spoken to and/or herd from
any one who is now or has ever in the past made any money with Carleton
Sheets and the No Money Down Program.
