herself. Man that is really impressive. Seriously, 29 years doing this
tells me Cleo Katz has seen the ups, downs lefts and the rights of this
business.

so Cleo offers her book or foreclosure system for $24.95. I did
purchase this and here is what I can tell you. You will receive one
free month of access to Cleo’s e-mailed list of
pre-foreclosures in your area along with access to a
“hotline advisory service.†This
is a monthly membership that you will either continue to use, hopefully
with great success or need to cancel as it is a re-occurring membership
at $29.95 per month.
Real
estate is not my thing. However I have reviewed all of the ones that I
have come across and therefore feel a little bit qualified to at least
compare with some accuracy. Cleo Katz’s Secrets to
Foreclosure Fortunes stacks up well. For the price you really
can’t go wrong. Just the content and reading alone
can help you to get familiar with some of the industry terms. It is a
learning process, one step at a time.
I
have not been contacted over the phone by the Cleo Katz folks for
irritating and expensive mentoring offers or anything like that and
what a relief that is. A lot of programs do this before you could ever
humanly get through the material you just paid for. I will update this
page when and if this changes.
Over
all I was very pleased with my purchase, felt no guilt or
buyer’s remorse with the low price tag and as I said
earlier, real estate is not my thing so I was very easily able to
cancel the $29.95 re-occurring monthly fee before ever being charged.
I
would have to say that if you are looking for some very good
information on the real estate foreclosure business and maybe you even
have the stomach to take what Cleo Katz teaches to the real world you
should be safe with her program. Remember this is Just my opinion and I
am by no means an expert in the field of real estate foreclosures or
pre-foreclosures so please make your own choices.
