O.K. so "Think A Little Differant To Real Estate
Fortune" is another real estate program with a very popular television
infomercial. I have to say I do like Dean Graziosi due to the number of
positive feedbacks I have read from some of his students however, in my
oppinion only, if you are searching for a business opportunity it is
most likely because you are a little low on cash. Some people may
just be looking for a new hobby but in most cases I would say it is for
the money making part that they want the course. With that being said
real estate can be risky don't you know...
Any way.. The program and methods within the
course appear to be of a legitimate nature and they also appear to work
quite well for those that apply them. The basic idea with Dean's
program is this: You buy some property or reall a home or aprtment is
the best example for $60k in a forclosure sale. Then you emediately,
like at the closing, sign the the paper work for a re-finance loan for
the real value, lets say $100k. Now you walk away from the table with
the property as well as a positive line of credit. Then you can use
that to fix it up if needed or whatever, don't even touch it. Then rent
the place, put it on the market again or whatever you like.
It is a cool concept and I think if real estate is
your thing you could benefit from purchasing the program just for the
sake of learning some new tricks in your trade and possibly for monthly
access to the "resource center" that is to help you find these types of
deals in your own area.
Dean Graziosi's Think A Little Differant to Real
Estate Fortune is a good purchase, just remember to be smart about
things you know?... There will be work to do if you plan to put the
course to the test and your money will be on the line. Dean also has a
book that I believe you get a free copy of when you order his program.
